What is Yoga?

Yoga is more than stretching. It's a practice that connects your mind, body, and breath through gentle movement and mindfulness. Think of it as moving meditation that brings balance to your life.

What to expect

Your First Class:

  • Come as you are – no flexibility required

  • Wear comfortable clothes, bring water and an open mind

  • Don't worry about "keeping up" – this is your practice

As You Begin:

  • You might wobble (totally normal!)

  • Some poses feel challenging, others surprisingly natural

  • You'll discover deeper breathing and inner calm

  • Every class brings something new
